Amber Benson bio

Amber Benson, an American singer-songwriter director and producer is also a writer. Her most well-known work is her part as Tara Maclay on the TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer and she has also produced and performed in her own films Chance as well as Lovers Liars & Lunatics. She also acted as her bridesmaid in the Kiss the Bride movie. Benson born 8 January 1977 Birmingham Alabama, daughter of Diane Benson and Edward Benson psychiatrist. Benson has a younger sister Danielle, who works as an artist. Benson was raised in the Reform Synagogue by her Reform Jewish mother and Jewish father.
